Credit/debit card details are required prior to accepting a booking. Payment will be taken in full on arrival using card or cash.

The first night of a booking made and subsequently cancelled within 48 hours of expected arrival will be charged for.

If you book and don’t turn up without prior contact, the full cost for the whole stay will be charged.

Customers must bring with them the credit or debit card on which the booking was secured. Production of the card on arrival is a condition of the booking however payment is made.

Cheques are not accepted.

Complementary vouchers are not valid for Christmas or Bank Holidays unless specified.

BED AND BREAKFAST: Please note this signifies a Continental Breakfast. Breakfast is served between 08.30 – 9.30 am in the dining room.

Please note that reception and checking in is not a 24 hour service.

Checking in is after 2pm, checking out is before 10.30am. Once keys have been assigned, guests may come and go as they please. Lost keys will be charged at £20.00 to the person who made the booking.

The Bondi is a strictly NO-SMOKING establishment anyone caught smoking inside the premises will be charged one extra nights fee.

All visitors of guests must depart by 10.30 pm or they will be deemed to be staying overnight and the original guest will be charged the relevant nightly rate. Registered guests will be held liable for any loss or damage caused by their visitors.

Breakages or damage must be reported immediately and a discretionary charge may be made by The Bondi.

The Bondi operates a zero tolerance policy regarding violence or bad behaviour toward staff and other guests and will result in immediate removal from the premises. The Police will be called if necessary to assist and may lead to prosecution.
